These instructions MUST be followed or the

1. The products must be administered when the stomach is as empty as possible.
Especially for the first month, Stop eating for one hour before and one hour
after administering the product. This is essential to insure rapid absorption of
the ingredients in order to produce the desired effects. During Maintenance
care, the amount of time eating must be stopped can be reduced to 30 minutes
before and 30 minutes after administering the product.
2. The products must be taken with plain water, Black Coffee or
Black Tea (no sugar or milk products) only, without anything added. Do
not take any drugs or herbs within 1 hour of consuming the product.
3. Anti-inflammatory drugs, and certain herbs block formation of nitric oxide.
They will prevent our products from working. All anti-inflammatory drugs and all
other anti-inflammatory Supplements or Herbs are to be stopped for at least the
first 4-weeks of using our products.
4. Take 3 capsules Morning and Evening on an empty stomach for the first week or two depending upon the severity of your condition and then 3 capsules daily there after. You should notice a difference within that 1 to 2 weeks, if not continue the Loading dose until the difference is noticed.
